A group of women all a decade into an industry that has told us to fit a mold, over-work, and compete with each other in order to succeed. After years of the exhausting burn-out culture, we decided we’d try something different. What if we worked together, shared our individual experiences, supported each other’s pursuits, and blended our unique skill-sets into one collective?
